Harvester is a family farmhouse-style restaurant chain with more than 230 outlets across the UK. The established brand specialises in freshly-prepared flame grilled food, spit-roasted chicken and help yourself salad bars, serving around 30 million meals to guests each year.

The requirement

As part of its Young Guest Head Chef programme, Harvester wanted to hold a special event for its six Press Packers, who had been selected following a national contest.

The event involved the team of Press Packers attending the Investec London Cup where they were given the chance to interview two members of the Great Britain men’s hockey team.

The content

I was required to produce a whole host of internal and external content, which included media messages and briefing messages for the GB hockey players, to a special Press Packers’ brochure pack and the script that appeared alongside the video footage of the day.

The results

Harvester’s key messages were communicated concisely and consistently across a number of different communications channels and to a wide range of different audiences using the appropriate language and tone of voice.
